"Promise of Purity" is a concise, one-minute animated video aimed at raising global awareness about the United Nations' goal for clean water and sanitation. This animation serves as a call to action, urging individuals worldwide to contribute towards a sustainable and inclusive future. Through engaging visuals and narrative, it highlights the critical importance of ensuring access to safe water and proper sanitation for all. The project seeks to inspire action and mobilize viewers, emphasizing their role in achieving this vital sustainable development goal.

Educate the audience about the significance and challenges of achieving universal clean water and sanitation, highlighting how this impacts health, development, and equity globally.
Motivation for Action
Inspire viewers to become advocates and active participants in solving water and sanitation issues, whether through personal actions or community involvement

Aim to catalyze community and global action, emphasizing the urgency of the issue and the need for joint efforts at all levels to ensure access to clean water and sanitation for everyone.

Colorful and bold illustrations could capture and hold the audience’s attention. Also, they could be used to symbolize the clear transition from polluted to clean water, or how colorful balls merge to create one clean water ball.

Once, our water was pure, a gift from nature.
But progress came with a price.
In Flint, and places across the U.S., water turned from a life source to a life threat.
Globally, countless suffer due to contaminated water.
We must act as if lives depend on it -- because they truly do.
Together, we can reclaim our water's purity.
Accessible, clean water for all.
For every drop, and for every life, let's promise purity.

Achievements and Learnings
Flexibility in Creative Process: Achieved an adaptable mindset, learning to welcome changes and unforeseen directions in creative work
Skills and Interests in Animation: I always liked motion graphics, but I got to explore and learn a broader skill set while developing this animation, enhancing both the technical and artistic aspects of it. I also developed a deeper interest and enthusiasm for motion graphics.
Critique / Feedback: I love critique sessions!!! Having diverse feedback helps me develop the process as I want to reach a larger audience.
Challenges and Areas for Improvement
Efficiency in Storytelling: Faced challenges in condensing messages into a concise format of 1-minute frame. I developed multiple storyboards in the beginning, which I spent so much time on it. I need more effective initial planning and prioritization of key messages to streamline the creative process.
