
Overview
WorkPro is a project management platform designed to enhance collaboration and efficiency in agencies. Teams often relied on Excel sheets to track projects, budgets, and tasks, leading to overwritten data, lack of visibility, and time-consuming manual updates.
We set out to create a centralized system that streamlines workflows, automates project tracking, and provides real-time insights. Traditional project management tools often fail to address the specific inefficiencies agencies face—WorkPro changes that with four key features: Dashboard, Project Management, Calendar, and Analytics.
My Role
As the Lead Product Designer for WorkPro, I collaborated with a product manager, an engineer, and a designer over 15 weeks to design a centralized project management platform. I led user research to identify pain points, designed interfaces for the Dashboard, Project Management, Calendar, and Analytics, and built interactive prototypes to refine the experience. Working closely with the team, I ensured the design aligned with technical feasibility and business goals, creating a streamlined, automated solution to replace inefficient manual processes.
